I’ve never played it at either place so I don’t know what’s normal roulette or not… but I watched it for a bit the last time i was at Barona’s and I thought it was strange that the winning number it seems is figured by dealing cards…
something like where the ball lands determines which card has the winning number.

F. Section (twelve numbers) ~ Pays 2 to 1
