Schmeckel Deckel asked:

If they can, then why did they let me drink so much? Isn’t it partly their fault?

Damn did you do that? Well it may be the casinos fault but screw them. That would be funny to see.

Casinos are private property and can ban you for any reason they choose. And if you interfere with the games then they will ban you in a heartbeat regardless of the reasoning behind it.

immortaly_insane July 6, 2009

maybe you hit your lucky number is why they threw you out

Misty❀Dawɳe July 6, 2009

lol they can ban you for almost anything, it’s simple right to refuse service

Since when does a casino have more control over your drinking than *you* do? Think carefully now: do you really *want* any casino controlling your drinking for you? *Really?!*

Put yourself in their shoes. Those machines are too expensive to let drunk & filthy customers have more than one “go” at them.

And you’ve cost them a good chunk of income while that wheel is being repaired or replaced. I’m the last person to boo-hoo over a little loss of income for casinos, but what about the lower-ranking employee(s) who may be involuntarily put on leave because of you?

It’s the same as if you break someone’s leg so they can’t work, or destroy expensive machines or inventory belonging to any other business. You should be glad you’re only *banned* from the casino, and not being sued for damages by their insurance company.

LOL!!! They can do that because of the right they have to choose to provide or not the service to individuals.

It´s all your fault. If not, imagine you can sue in first place your bank for allowing you to take the money to go to the casino, Chrysler (in case you have a fancy PT Cruiser) for providing you the way to get there, and so on… heheheheh

Please, stay at home! There are lots of cool online casinos, and you can run to the toilet to throw up as many times as you want!!!

Even if you are American, you have a vast US Friendly Casinos List to choose one a play!

This is probably the most interesting question of the week!!! hehehehe

Blessed Cheesemaker (cancelled) July 15, 2009

No, but they can escort you out to the parking garage and give you the business for 20 minutes for doing it. Never mess with the money flow.

In the immortal words of Larry the Cable Guy…

I don’t care who you are, that’s funny right there!

veit0036 July 15, 2009

They have the right to reject any service, just like any other business; even drunks.

next time aim for the floor

FINツ July 21, 2009

power brother!

Keith S July 21, 2009

I would ban you myself for being a 2 beer queer. its embarassing for their casino.

Nybbod - FCOR July 23, 2009

You are so pathetic! You can’t even get wasted without effing up!

Tony July 25, 2009

Any business establishment can remove you for being sloppy and disorderly, especially if you’ve shut down an income generating portion of the place! Isn’t this really a “no brain-er”?

Butterfly July 25, 2009

Bah! who is going to clean the mess!

Relatively Uncomparable. July 27, 2009

Casino’s in the UK can ban you for anything, except for the obvious, e.g. your race (i.e. they can’t say he’s black, he’s banned), or for card counting (legal activity, and can’t be banned for it technically).

However, there was a law passed which forbid bar tenders to serve to people who were already drunk, and if they did, they are breaking the law by doing so. Therefore, it is actually partly their fault, and I don’t know what legal action you could take, but if they try sue you for damages, you cold quote that back at them.

endymione07 July 30, 2009

really? they did that? wow! that’s really funny! i guess they don’t want anyone puking on their expensive roulette wheels.
