3thinker – not neccessarly. I do not understand the system myself, but it is clear that numbers can often come up in routines or patterns.
I would imagine that if you closed the site then went back to it the board will be reset. This is unless you can see your last numbers that came in i believe.

Bit of a contradiction in the question I think.
If it is a RANDOM selector then how can it moved on an hour? Its RANDOM!
